Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a national Am Law 100 law firm in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking for long‑term career growth.
As the Litigation Paralegal, you will support attorneys through all phases of commercial litigation. This position is direct hire, full-time, and hybrid (3 days in/2 days out) following the initial acclimation period.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct fact investigations and legal research
- Prepare and organize pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Manage document production and litigation databases
- Maintain case files and electronic project folders
- Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials
- Attend trials as needed and provide on‑site support
- Coordinate electronic and in‑person filings and arrange service
- Collect, review, and summarize records
- Assist with calendaring and docketing deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ commercial litigation experience or related
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate highly preferred
- Experience with Relativity and other litigation-support platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
