A top-tier Atlanta boutique is adding a junior associate to support a small, high-performing litigation team. This role offers early responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated disputes, with a billable expectation around 1750 and competitive compensation.
This role supports a lean, trial-forward litigation team and offers hands-on experience across the lifecycle of complex matters. The work will focus on IP litigation, with an emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, and in federal courts nationwide.
Qualified candidates will have 1-4 years of related complex litigation experience and excellent credentials. Experience with a comparable boutique or large firm is preferred. Experience with the following is required:
- Drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, pleadings, and strategic correspondence
- Managing discovery (including written discovery, document review strategy, and deposition preparation)
- Supporting hearing and/or trial preparation (witness outlines, exhibit organization, pretrial filings)
- Researching and analyzing complex legal issues and developing case strategy memos
- Collaborating closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
