Administrative Support – Contracts Analyst Team
3-6 Month Contract | Hybrid (2-3 Days Onsite, Mondays Preferred)
Training: First two weeks are fully onsite
Full-Time Hours: 8am-5pm | Start ASAP

Overview
Beacon Hill is partnering with a client in Hamel, MN to hire an Administrative Support professional to assist their Contracts Analyst team. Our client is looking for someone who can step in quickly to manage administrative responsibilities, support process efficiency, and keep contract documentation organized and accurate.
This role works behind the scenes to ensure the contracts team, legal department, proposals group, and sales teams can operate smoothly. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of administrative contracts experince.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Contracts Analyst team.
- Update, organize, and maintain documents within the correct electronic folders and systems.
- Ensure contract numbers and related information are accurately entered and maintained in the system.
- Coordinate with Contracts Analysts, Legal, Proposals, and Sales teams.
- Work within the IFS system (prior experience not required – training provided).
- Identify and recommend process improvements and more efficient workflows.
- Assist in creating structure and advising on better organizational solutions where applicable.
- Maintain a detail-oriented, task-driven approach to documentation and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general systems/software savvy.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Experience supporting contract, legal, or operations teams is a plus but not required.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (IFS experience is rare and not expected).
- Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort coordinating with cross-functional teams.
