Required Skills & Experience
- Commercial Banking experience – REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery with 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile pods in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of banking systems, integrations, and regulatory delivery constraints
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and platforms
Qualifications & Certifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
* Preferred: Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
