Beacon Hill Associates is recruiting for a Front Desk Receptionist / Pre-Closing Assistant for a contract-to-potential-permanent position located onsite in Valdosta, GA. This role provides critical front-office and administrative support within a fast-paced, professional real estate law environment.

The Receptionist / Pre-Closing Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, buyers, sellers, and visitors while also supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative and light pre-closing tasks. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expectation of 40 hours per week.


Daily Responsibilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming front-desk experience
* Answer and route incoming phone calls from buyers, sellers, and clients in a courteous and efficient manner
* Assist clients and guests who arrive in or stop by the reception area
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception space
* Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
* Assist with pre-closing coordination and general office tasks
* Support email and written correspondence using professional communication standards
* Help with light marketing or office support initiatives when needed
* Perform additional clerical or administrative duties as assigned


Who We’re Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role preferred
* Strong customer service skills with polished phone and in-person communication
* Professional, friendly, and reliable demeanor – comfortable in a highly visible role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable using email, phone systems, and standard office technology
* Administrative experience required; marketing experience is a plus and may support conversion
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Adaptable, dependable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative office environment


Schedule & Compensation:

* Work Hours: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
* Assignment: Contract with potential for contract-to-perm based on performance and skill set
* Pay Rate: $24-$28/hour
* Conversion Salary: Low $60,000s
* Start Date: ASAP
* Dress Code: Business casual
* Environment: Fully onsite, client-facing professional office
