Contract HR Coordinator

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Full-time, regular business hours – 8am-5pm

Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid

* 3 Days a Week Onsite: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

* 2 Remote Days: Thursday & Friday

About the Role

Beacon Hill’s Client is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Contract HR Coordinator to provide full‑cycle administrative and candidate support for our store locations. In this role, you will partner closely with Store Managers-the hiring managers-to ensure a smooth, high‑touch recruiting and onboarding process from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and enjoys managing many moving parts while delivering an excellent candidate and manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Store Managers by handling the administrative workflow of the hiring process.
  • Post and maintain job advertisements across platforms.
  • Review applicant responses and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
  • Manage heavy scheduling of interviews for Store Managers (onsite at their respective stores).
  • Prepare and submit offer letters in the ATS; partner with HR to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate all onboarding steps, including background checks and follow‑ups with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the ATS; ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Provide a high‑touch experience to candidates by proactively communicating next steps, following up on offers, and managing key touchpoints.
  • Serve as a reliable resource and point of contact for Store Managers throughout the hiring cycle.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail-must be able to “dot i’s and cross t’s.”
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms.
  • Highly computer‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work remotely with discipline-managing calendars, deadlines, and priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills, especially phone-based interactions with candidates.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ownership of work.

Preferred

  • Experience with UKG (ATS) or similar recruiting systems.
  • Background supporting hiring processes, HR teams, or multi‑site managers.
