Customer Service Advisor (Order Entry)
Location: Minneapolis – Full Time Onsite (Zip Code: 55413)
Salary: $21-$22 per hour depending on previous experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Position Overview
Beacon Hill’s client is looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Customer Service Advisor to support a manucturing company based out of Minneapolis, MN. This role is responsible for delivering accurate product and order information, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments, and helping maintain a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and committed to upholding our company values while working both independently and collaboratively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently follow the team’s established schedule and manage daily tasks efficiently; willingness to work additional hours as business needs arise
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), completing required training through ComplianceWire
- Build awareness of SOPs across related departments to support cross‑functional processes
- Use ERP systems to:
- Enter new and replacement orders with precision
- Review and verify orders processed by team members
- Log customer complaints and coordinate with technical support within 24 hours of receiving an issue
- Respond quickly to customer questions and communicate updated product availability and production timelines
- Expand technical and functional knowledge to support continuous improvement within the department
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and adjust to evolving workload demands
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal partners
- Assist other departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools confidently in daily operations
- Meet expected quality standards while demonstrating their company values through all interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of ERP order entry expierence in a manufacturing enviornment.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a scientific, technical, or healthcare environment
