Position Summary:
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join its growing Commercial Litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled attorney with at least 6-10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Construction Defect Litigation who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
As Senior Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from pre-trial investigations to final resolution. You will work closely with a diverse group of attorneys in the commercial construction and community association practices, handling a wide range of litigation matters. Our client seeks candidates with substantial experience in both state and federal courts, while a background in administrative matters and arbitration is highly beneficial. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of discovery, preparing pleadings, and developing litigation strategies.
You will conduct depositions, argue motions, represent clients in mediation and arbitration, and maintain open, strong communication with clients throughout the litigation process. The ability to balance multiple high-priority cases while delivering excellent service and strategic execution is essential.
