Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. We are seeking a Closer who is organized, can prioritize work and meet critical deadlines. Good technical skills and experience with SoftPro ideal.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing closing documents and title policies
- Communicating with lenders, clients and agents
- Ordering title searches
- Disburse and fund files after closing
