Position Summary
Beacon Hill is hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to support a high‑volume recruiting and HR team. This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding coordination, and HR administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a long‑term contract opportunity offering strong exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Talent Development, with potential for continued growth.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (Long-Term)
Pay Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible start times between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
- Schedule intake calls between recruiters and hiring managers
- Review applicants through the applicant tracking system and LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews for professional-level roles across multiple locations
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and next steps
- Coordinate interviews involving executive leadership and third‑party recruiters
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Create detailed interview agendas including times, locations, and interviewers
- Prepare interview packets containing resumes, job descriptions, and assessments
- Coordinate onsite interview logistics and scheduling
Onboarding & New Hire Support
- Send onboarding documents, background checks, and welcome communications
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and first‑week plans
- Create onboarding packets (org charts, office information, system access details)
- Submit IT access and equipment requests
- Schedule onboarding meetings with key stakeholders
HR Administration
- Draft and upload job descriptions
- Prepare personnel change documentation
- Draft offer letters as requested
- Maintain confidential employee files within HR systems
- Support separation and offboarding documentation
Talent Development & Reporting
- Pull and format HR, LMS, and HRIS reports
- Coordinate training sessions and track participation
- Communicate training details to employees
Additional Administrative Support
- Code HR invoices
- Audit timecards and assist with payroll preparation
- Support employee events and HR initiatives
- Maintain Talent Acquisition SOP documentation
Systems & Tools
- ADP (transitioning to Dayforce)
- HRIS / ATS platforms
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Interview and assessment platforms
Qualifications
- Experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formatting, organizing data)
- Results‑driven with a strong sense of urgency
