Senior Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide direct litigation and administrative support to a senior trial attorney for our client in Dallas-Preston/McCallum area. This is a 100% onsite, full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with frequent last-minute after hours work.

Key Responsibilities:

Litigation & Trial Support

  • Provide fullcycle litigation support in complex commercial and business litigation matters
  • Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial materials
  • Assist with trial preparation and trial attendance (minimum 10 trials required)
  • Manage efilings in Texas state and federal courts
  • Coordinate and maintain case calendars, deadlines, and filings
  • Conduct document management, organization, and review (including ediscovery)
  • Utilize PACER, Westlaw, and trial presentation software

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide daytoday administrative support directly to the attorney
  • Manage scheduling, deadlines, and logistics across multiple active matters
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise
  • Maintain strict attention to detail in all case and administrative functions
  • Serve as a reliable point of continuity and organization for the practice

Important: While this role requires strong litigation skills, it is not exclusively a paralegalonly position. Candidates must be equally comfortable handling highlevel administrative responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of current paralegal experience in commercial and business litigation
  • Trial experience required (minimum of 10 trials)
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred (experience may substitute)
  • Thorough knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Strong experience with:
    • Ediscovery
    • State and federal efiling
    • Legal calendaring
    • PACER and Westlaw
  • Superior computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
