Title: Marketing Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Onsite Requirements: 3-days onsite
Duration: 6-month contract
Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑paced SaaS marketing organization and help drive large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who comes out of a marketing team at a technology or SaaS company and thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
What You’ll Do (Day to Day)
- Independently manage large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing programs by developing detailed project plans with activity‑based milestones
- Facilitate effective collaboration across marketing, product, sales, creative, and other partner teams
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks-and work quickly to remove them
- Serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Communicate clearly and confidently with leadership to keep initiatives aligned with business goals
- Prepare cross‑functional presentations and provide inputs for recurring leadership updates
- Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to help shape strategies and execution plans
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on a marketing team within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong communication skills-you’re comfortable translating complexity into clarity
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and efficient in how you run work
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, processes, and competing priorities
- Comfortable facilitating across functions and influencing without direct authority
