Beacon Hill Associates is hiring a Data Entry Associate to support insurance-related records processing and administrative operations within a high-volume environment. This role focuses on reviewing, researching, and maintaining records while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.
Assignment Details
Hours: Thursday-Monday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for approximately one month)
Duration: 12-month contract (contract-to-hire possible)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Parking: Open parking available at location
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Enter, review, and update record request information in internal systems
Process incoming responses from law enforcement agencies
Research and validate records using internal databases, external websites, and reference tools
Edit and modify requests to ensure compliance with company standards
Perform additional research to resolve missing or incomplete data
Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier items
Maintain organized and accurate digital and physical records
Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time goals
Perform work requiring a combination of sedentary tasks and light physical activity
Ideal Candidate Profile
High school diploma required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods when necessary
Availability to work weekends (16 of 40 hours scheduled on weekends)
Availability for occasional holidays
Experience in data entry, insurance claims, criminal justice, call center, or administrative environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
