A well-established organization in the Mid-Wilshire area is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the team during a leave coverage. This role will focus on leave administration, timekeeping compliance, and ensuring accurate employee time reporting.
This position is onsite and ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing employee leave processes and auditing time records.
Responsibilities
* Manage employee Leaves of Absence (LOA) and related documentation
* Monitor employee timekeeping and ensure compliance with company policies
* Review and audit employee time records for accuracy
* Process and export employee hours and ensure all records are verified prior to payroll
* Support HR operations related to attendance and timekeeping processes
* Assist with employee questions related to time reporting and leave policies
Qualifications
* 5-7+ years of HR experience
* Strong experience handling LOA administration and timekeeping compliance
* Experience reviewing and auditing timecards prior to payroll processing
* Experience with Paylocity preferred, or experience with systems such as ADP and ability to learn new platforms quickly
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Schedule
* Onsite position in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles
* Flexible hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
