Duluth law firm is seeking a Korean-speaking real estate paralegal who will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions. This is a permanent, direct-hire position in a firm that offers outstanding benefits, generous PTO, and a wonderful work culture.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Closing Paralegal. Fluency in the Korean language is required. We are looking for a self-starter with a solid understanding of residential and, ideally, some commercial real estate transactions who can multitask and manage critical deadlines. Responsibilities will include:
- Performing pre-closing duties
- Drafting, reviewing, and editing loan documents for real estate closings
- Performing title and survey review and preparing title commitments and title proformas
- Communicating with all involved parties to obtain necessary information and updating them regarding status of closings
