Boston Law Firm seeks a experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with at least 2 years law firm experience with advanced MS Office Suite 365 experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and format legal documents, including briefs and appellate briefs (Table of Authorities and Table of Contents)

Handle Federal and Massachusetts state e-filing, including 9A filings

Manage document organization using document management systems

Assist with time entry and legal billing processes

Support attorneys across all phases of litigation
Preferred Background:
-
Civil litigation or insurance defense experience strongly preferred
Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with document formatting and court rules

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
