A well-established Connecticut law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Trumbull, CT. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on a variety of matters and gain substantive experience.
The Practice
The litigation team handles a wide-ranging docket, including:
- Commercial and contract disputes
- Partnership and shareholder litigation
- Breach of contract matters
- Complex plaintiff’s personal injury
- Probate litigation
- Select criminal and family matters
- Complex plaintiff’s personal injury
Associates work closely with seasoned litigators and are given hands-on responsibility in active cases. The practice values strong fundamentals, sound judgment, and practical litigation skills.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Connecticut bar admission required
- Strong skills in:
- Legal research and writing
- Discovery
- Motion practice
- Court filings and case management
This role supports multiple senior attorneys and offers exposure to diverse matters rather than a narrow specialty.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + discretionary year-end bonus
- Medical insurance (PPO) with 75% of premium covered
