A growing organization is seeking a Marketing Director to lead lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey – from acquisition to retention and reactivation. This is a highly visible role for a data-driven marketing leader who enjoys blending analytics, automation, and creative execution to drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading lifecycle marketing strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
* Building targeted, personalized campaigns using segmentation and customer insights
* Managing multi-channel initiatives across email, CRM, automation, and retargeting
* Using analytics, testing, and performance data to optimize conversion and engagement
* Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, analytics, and brand teams
* Developing retention and loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer relationships
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing
* Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, etc.)
* Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
* Analytical mindset with experience using reporting/visualization tools
* Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing and optimizing campaigns
