Beacon Hill Associates is hiring a Concierge Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience in a professional services environment. This role serves as the face of the office and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Assignment Details
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Parking: Parking garage access card provided
Dress Code: Business casual
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Services
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Offer amenities and assist with navigation throughout the office
Escort visitors as needed
Manage visitor badges and coordinate with building security
Validate parking upon request
Meeting & Event Support
Monitor concierge inbox and process requests for guest space and conference rooms
Coordinate meeting logistics including catering and IT support
Assist with conference room setup and breakdown
Support large-scale meetings and internal events
Maintain meeting and events calendar
Office & Space Support
Assist employees with desk reservation systems
Support office space management and internal projects
Help stock and restock pantry shelves and supplies daily
Conduct inventory on supply delivery days
Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas
Assist with printing, binding, and general administrative projects
This role requires being on your feet throughout the day and lifting items over 20 lbs as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
0-2 years of administrative, concierge, office services, or customer service experience
Prior experience in a professional office environment preferred
Strong hospitality mindset and service orientation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Comfortable working on-site five days per week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
