Beacon Hill is looking for an experienced international trade attorney to join a top‑tier AmLaw 100 firm in their D.C. office.
The role focuses on customs and tariff matters, including classification, valuation, FTAs, prior disclosures, protests, ruling requests, and audit defense, with strong preference for experience advising on IEEPA, Section 232, and Section 301 tariffs.
Experience with export controls, sanctions (EAR, ITAR, OFAC), or CFIUS is a plus but not required. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills expected.
