Required Qualifications
– 5+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 3 years focused on conversational AI.
– Proven expertise in Amazon Lex and at least one other conversational AI platform.
– Hands-on experience building Generative AI chatbots using LLMs.
– Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development principles.
– Experience implementing multi-modal AI (voice + text) and speech-to-text technologies.
– Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking.
