Executive Assistant – Leave Coverage for Senior Executive
The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to a senior executive during a planned leave period.
Key Responsibilities

Senior‑level executive support with exceptional professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality

Complex calendar management, navigating shifting priorities, multiple time zones, and senior stakeholders

Cross‑functional coordination with leaders across the organization to maintain continuity during the leave period

Proactive prioritization, anticipating needs and ensuring the executive remains prepared and focused

Meeting preparation, including:

Agenda development
-
Briefing materials
-
Drafting correspondence and documents
-

Creation and refinement of presentation decks
-
Inbox management, including drafting responses, triaging messages, and identifying urgent priorities
-
Domestic travel coordination, aligned with established executive preferences
-
Limited personal‑related coordination only when directly tied to professional obligations (e.g., awareness of family schedules relevant to travel)

No personal errands or non‑business tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile
-
5-10+ years supporting senior executives in a high‑level EA role
-
Ability to quickly integrate into an existing workflow and uphold established standards
-
Exceptional communication, follow‑through, and attention to detail
-
Proven discretion and experience handling confidential or sensitive information
-
Highly organized, proactive, and steady in fast‑moving environments
-
Comfortable working across time zones and partnering with senior leadership

Experience in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex environments preferred
