Position Overview
The Bilingual Recruiter is a key contributor to the Human Resources team and plays an essential role in delivering the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. This position partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting approaches for both hourly and salaried roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and recommending candidates for hire.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and nontraditional channels such as career fairs, community events, digital recruiting platforms, social media, online job boards, and competitive research.
- Proactively attract and engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring positive and informative candidate experience by clearly communicating compensation, benefits, policies, and hiring processes.
- Build, maintain, and own strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Partner with hiring managers, site leadership, and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring decisions.
- Support both short- and long-term workforce planning initiatives within a multi-site, geographically dispersed organization.
- Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, including military recruiting, college recruiting, and other programs.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics; use data insights to refine recruiting strategies and improve overall hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking in sourcing, with strong utilization of social media as a recruiting tool
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when assessing candidate qualifications and culture fit
- Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs
