A national, top Chambers-ranked AmLaw firm that is looking to hire L&E attorneys for their growing teams in Orlando and Miami.
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years independently managing L&E matters, litigation and/or counseling
- Role will consist of counseling employers/HR departments across a wide array of industries on L&E matters, including:
- Human resources training and internal audits and investigations; Drafting employment contracts and corporate handbooks
- Risk mitigation, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, retaliation claims, etc.
- This is a hybrid-remote role, 2-3 days in-office; 1900 billable requirement
- Salary is above market, on the national pay scale
- Target salary range, based on JD year: $170,000 (2nd year attorney) – $300,000 (8th year attorney)
