We are seeking a temporary-to-hire customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a financial services company in Chicago. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries, financial products, transactions, and general support. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls daily (up to 80 calls per day) in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance information, transactions, and product details
- Provide clear explanations of financial products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems according to company standards
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics
Performance Expectations
This is a metrics-driven role. Representatives will be measured on:
- Availability (adherence to schedule and time on queue)
- Quality assurance scores (call monitoring and compliance standards)
- Call resolution time (efficiency and effectiveness in resolving customer inquiries)
