We’re partnering with a well known hospitality property in SeaTac, Washington to bring on a Billing Specialist to support group billing and booking related invoicing. This role is fully onsite and focused on billing tied to group events, room blocks, and hospitality services. Prior hospitality or hotel experience would be amazing, but it’s not required if you bring strong billing fundamentals and are eager to learn the space.

Role details and logistics

• Fully onsite position in SeaTac, Washington
• Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
• Fast paced, customer facing environment tied to hospitality operations

Day to day responsibilities

• Handle group billing related to bookings, events, and room blocks
• Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts and reservations
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as sales, events, and front office
• Research and resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and support month end or reporting needs as required

What they’re looking for

• Prior billing or invoicing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple group accounts at once
• Comfortable working in a deadline driven, service oriented environment
• Clear communicator who works well cross functionally
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
