Title: Creative Strategy Leader
Location: Boston, MA – 3 days onsite

Duration: 3-6-month contract with potential to extend/convert full-time
This is a compelling leadership opportunity for a skilled change agent to revitalize and scale an in‑house creative organization. We are seeking a senior creative leader to assess the current structure and develop a clear roadmap to contemporary creative excellence. This role will redefine how creative work is structured, delivered, and scaled for a future‑ready, AI‑driven landscape. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking leader who can evaluate the existing creative organization and design a modern operating framework that positions both the team and the brand for sustained growth.
The Role
- Assess the creative organization across resource allocation, workflows, resourcing, structure, tooling, outsourcing, and overall operational efficiency
* Evaluate organizational strengths and weaknesses, identifying capability gaps and structural constraints across UX research, design, content, and production
* Design and implement next‑generation creative standards aligned to brand, mobile‑first, accessibility, and AI‑enabled best practices
* Define a clear, future‑state organizational structure that supports speed, quality, and scalability
* Develop and deliver a detailed transformation roadmap, including phased action plans, milestones, success metrics, and execution benchmarks
Experience & Skills
- Significant experience leading creative organizations or brand strategy functions
* Proven track record redesigning or modernizing creative operating frameworks
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
* Demonstrated success leading and implementing organizational transformation initiatives
