This is a Director of Accounting position is a brand new position in the company, so this person will be a partner to the CFO and FP&A team. You will be heavily focused on Consolidations (implementing a new system), Audit, and Technical Accounting, as well as getting the opportunity to build out your corporate accounting team.
This position is 100% on site for the foreseeable future, but will eventually be 1-2 days remote till the consolidations software is fully implemented. It pays $170-195k + 25% Bonus based off experience. The person ideally has manufacturing industry and private equity backed experience, and 2-3 years in a direct supervisory capacity.
