Beacon Hill Associates is hiring an Experience Services Concierge to provide high-touch, hospitality-focused front desk and workplace support for a corporate office environment. This role is client-facing and plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences from arrival to departure.
Assignment Details
Environment: Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi
Position Summary
The Experience Services Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional client and guest experiences in a professional corporate setting. This highly visible role ensures seamless service at every touchpoint through proactive communication, hospitality-driven engagement, and consistent operational support. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic workplace environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Guest & Workplace Experience

Enthusiastically welcome guests and employees, assisting with arrivals, departures, and orientations

Serve as a visible and engaged presence throughout the office, proactively assisting visitors and staff

Provide wayfinding support and information about campus services and amenities

Act as a central point of contact for workplace-related questions
Hospitality & Client Support

Anticipate guest needs and pair services appropriately

Assist with meeting support, reception coverage, and personal assistance requests

Work cross-functionally to prepare for meetings and events to ensure seamless execution

Maintain familiarity with building services and collaborate with facilities teams to uphold service standards

Implement and monitor hospitality standards to meet and exceed expectations
Communication & Operations

Connect with internal teams to proactively identify needs and resolve issues

Demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and strong customer service skills

Support consistent communication across stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile

1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Professional presence and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in a corporate office or hospitality-driven environment preferred

Familiarity with property management or facilities software (Yardi)
