Beacon Hill is partnering with a well-regarded Mid-Atlantic law firm to identify a mid to senior level attorney attorney for its corporate finance practice, with a focus on secured lending.
This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated secured finance transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, and mezzanine loans. Attorneys in this group take on meaningful responsibility and work closely with experienced deal teams.
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years of secured finance experience; preference will be given to candidates with solid deal exposure
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, or sponsors
- Working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Admission to the MD, DC, or VA Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
Compensation starts at $210K.
