We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Workpalce Coordinator (Egencia Administrator) to support internal travel operations for our client located in Scottsdale, AZ. This role will focus on managing Egencia accounts, handling employee travel inquiries, and ensuring all travel policies and security protocols are up to date. This is a contract, part-time position with flexible hours.
Pay Range: $25/hr-$30/hr
Hours: 20 Hours /week
Duration: Contract
Location: One day a week onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new Egencia accounts for employees
- Manage profile and name changes in Egencia
- Respond to general questions and inquiries from employees
- Assist with community cases and submit cases on behalf of employees
- Communicate deals, offers, and internal updates to employees via email and Slack
- Maintain Egencia system accuracy, including travel policies, mandates, and negotiated rates
- Handle travel-related security issues and ensure compliance with internal protocols
Qualifications:
- Experience with Egencia or other corporate travel management platforms preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with security and compliance protocols in corporate travel a plus
