Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a successful hands-on Product Owner to support digital workflow transformation. This role will focus on improving workflows and productivity by leveraging AI-driven automation and the ServiceNow platform.
The Product Owner will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership to modernize workflows, reduce manual documentation, and introduce AI-powered capabilities. This role combines product management, process improvement, and Agile product ownership to deliver solutions that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Own and manage product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Write and maintain epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Break down complex initiatives into deliverable work for Agile development teams.
- Support two-week sprint cycles and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows impacting field technicians.
- Identify opportunities to streamline long and complex workflows through automation.
- Create process maps and workflow diagrams using Visio.
- Translate operational needs into technical requirements for development teams.
AI & Automation Enablement
- Help drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities to improve technician productivity.
- Support initiatives leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Figma, and emerging Agentic AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI-enabled automation for work order documentation.
- Support voice-to-text transcription solutions to convert technician notes into structured reports.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with ServiceNow development teams to design and deliver workflow improvements.
- Gather requirements from clinical engineering stakeholders and operations teams.
- Provide functional leadership to development teams by clarifying requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Quality & Validation
- Define acceptance criteria and validate completed work through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure delivered features meet business and operational requirements.
