Biologics Commercial Supply Chain Coordinator (Contract)
Contract through the end of the year | Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite in Boston
We are seeking a Biologics Commercial Supply Chain Coordinator to support supply planning and execution for a late‑stage biologics program. This role will own day‑to‑day planning activities, support S&OP, manage inventory planning, and partner with external manufacturing to ensure reliable supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly biologics supply planning and support S&OP activities
- Develop supply scenarios, demand forecasts, and inventory plans
- Plan materials from raw materials through finished goods
- Partner with external manufacturing to align capacity and materials
- Identify supply risks and support mitigation planning
- Track key supply chain KPIs and support continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supply chain planning experience in pharma/biotech
- Biologics supply planning experience required
- Experience working in a global supply chain environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional skills
- Experience with Oracle OPM and Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
- Bachelor’s degree required
