In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered, orders are processed efficiently, and their needs are met with professionalism and urgency. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure seamless order processing, accurate communication, and timely deliveries helping customers succeed while supporting our team’s operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive, professional support for inquiries related to quotes, orders, deliveries, concerns, and complaints.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted partner in supporting their business needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively via email and phone, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
Order & Quote Management
- Enter and manage sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation.
- Process new sales orders within 24-48 hours and provide customers with order confirmations and estimated ship dates.
- Manage and track quote requests, providing customers with formal pricing and lead-time documentation.
- Research previous quotes and order history as needed to support customer inquiries.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer priorities and delivery timelines are met.
- Proactively communicate across departments to resolve issues, address concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales activities and provide insights and feedback to the sales team.
- Support departmental administrative duties and provide backup reception support when needed.
