Job Title: Senior Accountant – Treasury (Contract)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract
We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong treasury focus to support a fast-paced finance team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role centered around cash management, reconciliations, and supporting key accounting and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily cash activity including cash positioning and forecasting
* Perform bank and cash account reconciliations
* Support month-end close related to cash and balance sheet accounts
* Prepare and analyze cash flow reports and identify variances
* Assist with financial reporting and audit support as needed
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
* Partner with internal teams to support ongoing finance initiatives
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to treasury or cash management
* Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
* Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
