Beacon Hill is working with a well-established, full-service law firm with a strong Mid-Atlantic presence to identify a talented mid- to senior-level transactional tax associate to join their growing practice. This role will support attorneys across multiple offices and offer meaningful responsibility, direct partner access, and long-term growth potential within a lean, collaborative group.
Competitive candidates will have 4+ years of experience handling transactional tax matters, at least some of which obtained in a law firm setting, with a strong foundation in federal income tax, including M&A and partnership/flow-through structuring. Experience with state and local tax and/or tax-exempt organizations is a plus, but not required. Candidates with a Tax LL.M. will be viewed favorably.
Philadelphia is the preferred location for this position, though candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Baltimore will also be considered.
1900 billable hour target. Compensation range: $220K-$260K commensurate with experience.
