Basic QualificationsResponsibilities
- Support the interactive process for employee accommodation and workplace modification requests, including related to disability, religion, and other qualified reasons
- Partner with employees, leaders, and HR stakeholders to gather information, facilitate discussions, and help identify appropriate accommodations.
- Provide guidance, coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely and consistent handling of accommodation requests.
- Assist with case management, documentation, tracking, and assignment of investigation, accommodation, and other ER-related matters.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed to support team and organizational priorities including help with training decks, ER templates, etc.Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations, including the ADA, Title VII, and FMLA.
- Prior experience supporting or administering the reasonable accommodation process.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Professional judgment and sensitivity when handling confidential and complex employee matters.
