Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Virginia Beach, VA
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting the full recruiting lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting process including scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communication
- Process new hires, rehires, and internal changes within HR systems
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Coordinate hiring events, including logistics, communications, and follow-up
- Provide sourcing support using job boards and recruiting platforms
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems
- Assist with reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
- Manage inboxes, inquiries, and general administrative support for the TA team
- Coordinate travel and logistics for candidates and internal teams as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, recruiting, or HR support experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems preferred
