A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking Pre‑Suit Attorneys to join its growing personal injury practice in Georgia, Mobile AL, Birmingham AL, Richmond VA, Baltimore MD, Miami FL, Ft. Lauderdale FL, Tampa FL, South Carolina, Louisville KY, Lexington KY, Nashville TN, Knoxville TN, Buffalo NY, Jersey City NJ, Charlotte NC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Houston, TX. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking to become part of a trial-team and trial lawyer, or who prefer to build a long‑term career focused on pre‑litigation advocacy and resolution.
The attorney will handle all aspects of pre‑suit demands and case management, driving strong client outcomes across personal injury matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day handling of pre‑litigation personal injury matters
- Guiding clients through the pre‑suit process and managing expectations
- Drafting pre‑litigation documents and demand packages
- Overseeing settlement negotiations and the release approval process
- Completing liability and flips to litigation approvals
- Managing and mentoring a team of case managers
- Handling EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of practice
- Demonstrated interested in or experience with personal injury matters
- Ability to manage a high‑volume pre‑suit caseload
- Strong client communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self‑starter with an interest in long‑term growth, either in pre‑suit or trial work
