A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking Personal Injury Trial Attorneys to handle general liability accident cases in Georgia, Mobile AL, Birmingham AL, Richmond VA, Baltimore MD, Miami FL, Ft. Lauderdale FL, Tampa FL, South Carolina, Louisville KY, Lexington KY, Nashville TN, Knoxville TN, Buffalo NY, Jersey City NJ, Charlotte NC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Houston, TX. This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in matters including premises liability, sexual assault, wrongful death, etc. with responsibility for cases through trial. This opportunity is well suited for attorneys with hands‑on litigation experience and who want a trial-focused role with the support of a high‑volume, well‑resourced platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day management of personal injury litigation matters
- Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related litigation documents
- Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Working directly with clients, expert witnesses, and medical providers throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
- Ability to manage a high‑volume litigation caseload
- Strong client communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Self‑starter with long‑term litigation and trial interests
