Workers’ Compensation Attorney
A nationally recognized plaintiff’s firm is seeking Workers’ Compensation attorneys to join its rapidly expanding workers’ comp practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high‑volume, well‑resourced platform with a steady pipeline of cases and significant earning potential. Responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day management of workers’ compensation cases and hearings
- Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents
- Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, and hearings
- Working directly with clients, experts, and medical providers throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of workers’ comp experience
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
- Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload independently
- Strong client communication and advocacy skills
