Concierge
Onsite | Full-Time
We’re partnering with a professional services firm seeking a polished and proactive Concierge to serve as the face of the office. This individual will deliver a high-touch, “white glove” experience for clients and employees while keeping day-to-day front desk operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and employees, manage incoming calls, and serve as the front desk point of contact
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and catering (including setup and vendor coordination)
- Manage visitor access, mail, deliveries, and overall office flow
- Support meeting logistics including basic AV setup and troubleshooting
- Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and invoice tracking/processing
- Maintain an organized, professional front-of-house environment
- Assist with additional office operations and team support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate office, receptionist, or hospitality-focused role
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional presence
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Workday or Concur is a plus
