People & Culture Coordinator
Location: Full-Time, Onsite – Bloomington, MN
Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour (depending on previous experience)

Beacon Hill’s client is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join their team full-time in Bloomington, MN. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who enjoys supporting people operations, office coordination, and cross-functional projects within a collaborative workplace environment.
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, People & Culture (P+C) initiatives, and employee experience efforts. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and senior P+C leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate reporting, and engaging office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
- Provide daily support to the Bloomington office, including ordering and maintaining office, breakroom, and general supplies
- Manage mailroom operations, including shipping and receiving
People & Culture Project Support
- Provide general administrative and project support to the P+C department as needed
- Assist with ad hoc initiatives and ongoing department projects
New Hire Coordination & Onboarding
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and the Senior Learning & Development Manager to coordinate and set up new hire onboarding
- Support onboarding logistics to ensure a positive and organized new employee experience
P+C Administrative Support
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation
- Support internal communications, including digital signage and content updates
Bloomington Events & Corporate Travel
- Manage corporate travel arrangements
- Partner with the VP of People & Culture to coordinate office events and employee engagement activities
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare and file annual EEO, VETS, and AAP reports in compliance with federal requirements
- Compile and distribute monthly People & Culture reports
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, People & Culture, HR office administration, or a related support role of at least 1+ year
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems is a plus
