Guest Services Representative (Contract)
Duration: 2-month contract (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Work Style: Hybrid (1-2 days in office). In-person required during training.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to support our Guest Services team with email-based communications. This contractor will assist in responding to guest inquiries and complaints using the organization’s online ticketing system and Microsoft Outlook. This is an additional hire to support existing team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest service inquiries and complaints primarily via email
- Manage and track cases through an online ticketing system
- Provide professional, timely, and accurate written responses to guests
- Maintain organized records and prioritize multiple requests efficiently
- Collaborate with the Guest Services team to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Previous guest services or customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling customer complaints via email strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with Outlook and online ticketing systems
