Key Responsibilities:

Full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles, with emphasis on skilled trades and frontline leadership

Proactive sourcing to attract qualified candidates in a competitive manufacturing labor market

Partnership with plant leadership and hiring managers to align recruiting and HR support with business needs

Support for leadership development activities, including talent reviews, development planning, and internal mobility tracking

HR GeneralistEmployee relations support as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution

Onboarding coordination to deliver a seamless and engaging new‑hire experience
