Our client, an accounting firm, is looking for an Administrative Tax Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Mclean, Viriginia.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative support to Tax professionals
* Prepare, organize, print, and bind tax documents
* Process outgoing mail and courier services
* Create correspondence and engagement letters from drafts
* Manage confidential client information
About You:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
* Experience with PeopleSoft Financials preferred
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Administrative experience in professional services
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Comfortable managing deadlines and multiple tasks
About The Position:
* Temp to Perm
* $28/hr-$31/hr; $60-65k
* Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Fully onsite (5 days/week)
