Beacon Hill Associates is hiring for a Part-Time Badging and Data Control Coordinator to support on-site operations.
Assignment Details
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (20 hours/week)
Assignment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $17-$18hr
Equipment: Provided
Parking: Open and free
Position Summary
This is a part-time, on-site data entry role. The position supports workforce tracking operations by managing data, issuing worker badges, and ensuring system accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Updates
- Enter and update workforce data in internal systems
- Review incoming data for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Report data issues to supervisor as needed
Badge & Workforce Management
- Create and distribute worker RFID badges
- Maintain accurate records of workforce access and tracking
Equipment & Site Support
- Check and test site equipment (turnstiles, handheld devices)
- Report any malfunctions or operational issues
General Support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Support overall site operations within the construction environment
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
- Comfortable working in a construction site environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Open to entry-level candidates (high school diploma acceptable)
