Administrative Manager (Legal)
A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager (Legal) to oversee a team of Legal Executive Assistants and ensure high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership and attorneys to manage daily operations, improve processes, and support departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Executive Assistants
- Oversee daily workflow, staffing coverage, and workload prioritization
- Maintain a strong office presence to address challenges and improve efficiency
- Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and talent development
- Collaborate on process improvements, strategic initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding support
- Serve as a key liaison between attorneys and administrative staff to ensure service excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential matters and shifting priorities
