Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a flexible payroll professional who can jump in, make an impact, and keep payroll running smoothly. We are partnering with a great team looking for a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to support payroll for about 110 employees. This opportunity starts ASAP and is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on payroll work!
What you’ll do:
* Process full-cycle payroll for ~110 employees
* Work within a manual payroll environment (Paychex experience a plus)
* Ensure payroll accuracy and meet payroll deadlines
* Collaborate with HR and accounting teams
* Assist with admin or AP tasks depending on experience
Details:
* Part-time schedule: 3 days during payroll week (Mon-Wed) + 2 flexible days on non-payroll weeks
* 100% on-site
* Contract: ~3 months
* Pay: Up to $26.75/hr
