A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate to join its Plano, TX oR Orlando, FL office. The firm is 100% litigation‑focused and handles high-stakes, high‑exposure matters for nationally known clients across product liability, life sciences, and complex civil litigation. Qualifications
- 2+ years of product liability, insurance defense, or complex civil litigation experience
- Strong interest in trial work and high-exposure matters
- Defense-side experience preferred
Associates in this role are responsible for drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions and hearings, serving as a trial team member, maintaining client contact, collaborating with trial teams across offices, and attending trials. Associates are given substantial responsibility early, including depositions, hearings, and trial work.
